Renovating any property is undoubtedly stressful, so praise be for the likes of Jonathan and Chasingspace. Of all the suppliers we've had to manage, which is a lot, Jonathan was an absolute joy. His advice, integrity and approach was brilliant throughout. Never we were sold to, just given the information we asked, genuinely we felt Jonathan wanted the best option for us. When it came to pricing too, this worked out really good value for us, we have our whole 80m2 bungalow in the same floor. The quality and speed was impeccable, and we're left with something that we're incredibly pleased with. We looked at other suppliers for the same product, and Chasingspace came out on top in both service and price. I cannot recommend Jonathan enough. No photos to add yet as we have had to cover up the floor while we finish the rest of the project.

We engaged Chasingspace at the very initial design stage of a new build single storey house for a wheelchair user in Clapham Old Town. Jonathan’s early stage input was vital as we needed to make the entire property accessible, and he understood right from the beginning exactly what we were looking to achieve. Throughout the whole process he communicated and guided us with endless patience and his passion for his work and product clearly shone through. Access from the outside through to the interior is seamless. When a construction error in a wet room was made by our main contractor, which required many return visits to correct, he was patient and supportive and resolved the situation perfectly. Jonathan and Stephanie laid the most beautiful floor; he has made a compact property feel enormous, and the flooring is the first thing that everyone comments on. We are thrilled with everything that Chasingspace has done to bring this project to a happy completion.

I am yet to write a review on Facebook but absolutely have to write one for Jonathan and Chasingspace. They have done an absolutely outstanding job with our floor and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Chasingspace had two very difficult things to contend with with us: we had a very uneven floor and extremely high expectations for what a finished resin floor should look like. Despite these two things, their job has exceeded our expectations in every way. It has been laid to perfection and looks and feels perfect.
Customer service, in running my own business I know how important this is, and Jonathan and Chasingspace are top notch.
They did site visits when then said they would, started when then said they would, and took the amount of time they said they would. They even went above in beyond in flattening our uneven floor. They did all this in a very warm and professional manner and always made sure they explained every step. We will be certainly be using them in future homes, for most probably the entire downstairs rather than just one room. If you are looking for a resin floor look nowhere else. In fact if you are looking for a premium hard floor and haven't considered resin - check out these guys anyway!

We worked with Jonathan on a project in London. Chasingspace specialise in Polyurethane resins which are very good at absorbing ambient heat and retaining warmth and are comfortable to walk on, much warmer than ceramics or even wood. The resins are soft underfoot and resilient, waterproof, easy to clean and work well with underfloor heating too. They are durable with 15% flexibility and easy to clean. It really does result in a beautiful sleek finish.

We wanted a hard wearing and contemporary looking floor for our new house, we were undecided on resin, and after much searching we found Jonathan who we felt immediately comfortable with as he very down to earth and very forthcoming with practical advice about the floor. He was very patient whilst we were selecting for the right colour and also the delays we were facing during our build. Jonathan was able to provide us with references quite easily (which is a good sign). The floor was installed in Aug/Sept and we found Jonathan very reliable, polite and flexible during the whole process. The floor looks amazing but we had to cover it straight away to carry on with building work. After uncovering it a few months later, the floor sustained some damages from the building work and it was refreshing to experience Jonathan's willingness to inspect and fix it for us. He could have charged us a high rate, but was very honest with the fact that he had some material left over which he could use so the fee would be nominal. There is genuine passion and pride in his work. If there were more people like this, building houses would actually be an enjoyable experience! Thanks to Jonathan and his team for a more than satisfactory service and product.

We wanted a really contemporary, yet hard-wearing and easy to clean floor for our new extension. The resin floor that Jonathan poured for us has fit the bill perfectly.
